The Norwegian Seafood Dinner 2009 was a great success! The spectacular buffet featured over 100 hot and cold seafood dishes beautifully displayed amongst magnificent ice sculptures. The star attraction this year was Chef Geir Skeie who recently won the prestigious gold trophy at Bocuse d’Or – the unofficial world championship for chefs.
