Norwegian delights in Singapore

On May 21, Singaporeans had the chance to learn how to make traditional Norwegian buns.
At Katong Community Centre a group of Singaporeans were paying close attention to every step of the evening's baking instructors Lise Vangsgaard and Mette Witte as they were preparing buns from leaven dough. The course was held in cooperation between the Royal Norwegian Embassy and the People's Association, and participants received a thorough introduction to how to make buns with custard topping. The mouth-watering buns will probably be a new addition to the dessert menu in several Singaporean homes in the time to come.
