Appointment of Singapore's Honorary Consul-General in Oslo, Norway

The Government of the Republic of Singapore, with the agreement of the Kingdom of Norway, has appointed Mr Otto Gregard Tidemand as Singapore's Honorary Consul-General in Oslo, Norway.
Mr Tidemand, 56, is the owner and Managing Director of Eastern Bulk Carriers AS, a company he founded in 1998. He is also a Board Member of Sonata AS, Tidships AS, and Rederiaktiebolaget Dalen. Mr Tidemand was appointed the Managing Director and Board Member of Western Bulk Carriers AS from 1982 to 1997. He was the Chairman of the Board of Western Bulk Shipping AS from 1996 to 1997.
